To improve the facial contour, the implants help to give a more harmonious balance to the face, improving the appearance of our patients significantly. It can be carried out to contour the definition lines of the angles of the neck, treating the alterations of the chin in its shape and size. The incisions are exactly behind the natural crease of the skin under the chin. In case it is necessary to increase the size and change the shape of the chin, a silicone implant is placed.

In some cases, we suggest patients to get a liposuction on the neck to obtain a better angulation of the face.

 

Types of anesthesia

It is generally done with local anesthesia and sedation for better comfort and peace of mind of the patient. 

 

Disability

It is recommended to avoid any strenuous activities for at least 15 days after the surgery and the removal of stitches is done approximately 5 days after the surgery.
